Hiwassee Tech construction in a crew height: a wicking spun polyester body that insulates even when wet and dries fast, nylon plating for fit and reinforcement in the heel and toe impact zones, and Merino wool cushioning exactly where the foot takes the load. A Y-gore heel gives a no-slip fit, high-power instep elastic locks the sock to the arch, and the toe closure is seamless. Available in Olive/Coyote and Charcoal/Blue. Made in Niota, Tennessee.

Turn inside out, then machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener, it coats the fibers and reduces the wicking that the spun polyester body does. Wash inside out to protect the ventilation panels.
